How Ayno helps companies manage innovative projects through AI and Collective Intelligence

A little before the restructuring plan of France Telecom. An opening process is born at Orange with "ID click", an internal engagement platform that allows thousands of employees to improve the quality of service, the offer and the internal operating modes, "Ofer Attali recalls. , CEO of Ayno, on the occasion of the launch of his book "Innovation, from myth to reality", on July 9. This approach to project management will interest him throughout his career and will bring him to create Ayno in 2015. The solution is a management platform for innovative projects, facilitating collaboration and success in large companies. Ayno focuses on good practice, provides information to achieve goals, but also facilitates communication to inspire employees and encourage the emergence of new ideas. The interface looks like a "Netflix" of projects. Navigation panels sorted by theme allow you to have an eye on the various initiatives within the company. Everything is designed to encourage employee engagement. In France, according to the American firm Gallup, 6% of employees are engaged in the company in 2017, and 20% strongly disengaged. To overcome this problem, Ayno has an artificial intelligence algorithm. Employees are invited to assign tags to projects, their domains, the technologies used, their scope of application and many other criteria that characterize them. Subsequently, the program analyzes its data and crosses them with those relating to the navigation, research and interactions of a user on the platform. Thus, the model becomes more precise with time and allows to better understand the centers of interest and the factors engaging a person in a project. "It was a desire to get closer to Netflix to make Ayno inspiring and engaging, a way to encourage content that appeals to employees, and if they identify with projects, there's naturally more chances that they want to contribute.
