Apple company employees now can hear conversations from Siri App

Some Apple employees can listen to the customer's recorded conversation with Siri. Apple hired these employees to analyze Siri's recordings.
A report published in the Guardian quoted anonymous sources as saying that some Apple employees listen to customer-facing conversations to improve the service.
Apple employees detect that Siri's service was intentionally activated or that it was accidentally activated. Employees see whether Siri's answer really matches the question.
However, according to British newspaper sources, Apple employees also hear highly private and sensitive conversations with consumers.
Apple has no policy on how to deal with accidental recording of sensitive conversations.
There was a similar story about Google just a few days before the Guardian's story came out, suggesting that Google had hired some companies that analyze the recording of Google Home speakers. The purpose was also to improve the quality of service.
Apple said in response to the news that it does not record every user's conversation with Siri, but only does so a few times, after which it is analyzed. Apple says this will help consumers' privacy. Does not affect because their employees cannot identify customers. However, sources in the Guardian say the conversation can be easily traced to the identity or location of the customer.
